Cancellation policy
- CONCEPT & LENGTH of STAY: Being more an experiencing location rather then a simple room to sleep in, please be informed that we are mainly aimed at customers with weekly stays. So we always have promotion based on length of stay : 5 nights : 20% - means that fifth night is free : 6 night 25% discount and 7 nights 30% discount. (the reservation procedure applies the discount automatically). We also have a minimum nights policy : 4nights high season, 3 nights mid-season and 2 nights low season.. we never accept bookings of just one night.
- PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION :
- at reservation we ask 100% of the payment
- If you cancel within one month prior to check-in we will reimburse 100% of the payment.
- If you cancel within one month and one week prior to check-in we will keep 50% as penalty. You may use this 50% if you reschedule your stay within a year.
- If you cancel after one week prior to check-in there will be a 100% penalty.

- Privacy: Before your arrival we will invite you in a private whatsapp chat for any communication with us during your stay. We inform you that each chat is created privately for each accomodation and is classified in our privacy procedures. Regards, Olimagio Team 🌻
